路线2：研究模式
学生可以选择进行较大规模的研究，以「只须论文」（120学分）的模式完成 Ed.D 课程。 在论文研究开始前，学生必须先完成研究方法学 (如在获取录前已完成相似的科目，可申请豁免）。
完成研究方法学後，学生必须提交论文提案。学校会根据论文提案指派导师，学生在导师的指导下继续完成约40,000 – 45,000字的博士论文。
毕业要求
成功完成所有必需的科目、论文和口头答辩後，学生将分别获得由 IBES 和 Vern University 颁发的 证书。
入学要求
- 持认可机构颁发的任何学科硕士学位； 或
- 相等於硕士学位的专业资格； 和
- 具有足够的英语能力以完成Ed.D课程
