整個DBA課程總共有120個學分，包括5個常規科目（每科10個學分）和一個博士論文（70個學分）。這些科目包括：

DBA常規科目以習作或工作報告評估。 論文字限為 20,000 到 30,000字之間。
路線2：研究模式
學生可以選擇進行較大規模的研究，以「只須論文」（120學分）的模式完成 DBA 課程。 在論文研究開始前，學生必須先完成研究方法學 (如在獲取錄前已完成相似的科目，可申請豁免）。
完成研究方法學後，學生必須提交論文提案。學校會根據論文提案指派導師，學生在導師的指導下繼續完成約40,000 – 45,000字的博士論文。
畢業要求
成功完成所有必需的科目、論文和口頭答辯後，學生將分別獲得由 IBES 和 Vern University 頒發的 DBA 証書。
入學要求
- 持認可機構頒發的任何學科碩士學位； 或
- 相等於碩士學位的專業資格； 和
- 具有足够的英語能力以完成 DBA 課程
